**The Opportunity**
**Your Impact Starts Here -** As an **Analyst** within our **Stakeholder Information Management (SIM) group in the Indigenous & Stakeholder Engagement and Information Management (ISEIM)** team, you'll help transform complex engagement information into meaningful insights that inform projects across Canada. This role blends analytical thinking, structured writing, and data organization to help our teams build trusted relationships and deliver clear, consistent reporting.

**Your Impact**
+ **Indigenous and Stakeholder Engagement Tracking:** Summarize and synthesize engagement activities and key interests with precision, following established writing protocols to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency under tight timelines.
+ **Data Classification:** Apply established guidelines and deductive reasoning to classify multiple types and levels of data.
+ **Quality Control Implementation:** Integrate revisions from peers, senior staff, and clients with complete accuracy, while internalizing lessons learned to strengthen ongoing delivery.
+ **Data Management Support:** Organize and maintain records using defined taxonomies and folder structures across various software platforms.
+ **Client Reporting Support:** Extract data from software solutions and develop clear, accurate reports using existing templates or tailored formats.
+ **Multi‑Project Support:** Navigate diverse clients, writing protocols, and databases with ease, consistently meeting expectations for accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
**The Skills That Set You Apart**
+ 2+ years of education or experience focused on critical analysis, information synthesis, and summarization of written source material.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑changing environment, paired with a self‑starter mindset for taking on new projects.
+ High responsiveness to feedback, commitment to continuous learning, and dedication to consistently delivering high‑quality work.
+ Exceptional attention to detail, resourcefulness, and analytical problem‑solving, especially when managing large volumes of data.
+ Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal peers and clients.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat, with an innovative mindset and willingness to adopt Copilot and AI‑enabled tools.
+ Experience with Stakeholder Relationship Management systems (e.g., Jambo, NetBenefit, Borealis) is an asset, along with familiarity with Canadian energy regulatory sectors.
+ A collaborative, team‑oriented approach and willingness to support peers and leaders across diverse projects

**Compensation**
**AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:** $26.50 - $35.20
**MB & ON:** $24.20 - $33.40
**NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:** $24.00 - $31.80
