**Location:** Edmonton, AB
**Shift:** 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor (Non-Licensed) to join their team. As a Site Supervisor (Non-Licensed), you will be part of the construction operations supporting project execution and site management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Provide site supervision to ensure construction activities are carried out efficiently and safely as assigned by the Project Manager.
+ Direct site construction activities in accordance with schedule, specifications, and procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures on each site.
+ Conduct or attend weekly safety meetings and review schedules with forepersons to maintain project timelines.
+ Supervise subcontractors, organize labor and equipment requirements based on a three-week outlook, and assist in monitoring project milestones.
**Qualifications:**
+ Ability to provide effective site supervision and leadership.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Experience in construction site management preferred but not required.
+ Must reside within a two-hour driving range of the project site.
+ Must include an MVR on the background investigation.
