**Summary**
We're looking for a driven **FP&A Manager** based in the Corporate office to contribute to key financial planning and analysis activities across the organization. The Manager will also have to support Finance Business Partners working with the business teams and will provide direct management to entry-level finance employees. This role will focus on financial modeling, forecasting, cash flow analysis and may get involved in strategic initiatives including M&A and other cross-functional projects.
This is a **hybrid position** , requiring you to be in our Toronto office twice a week to collaborate with the leadership team and cross-functional partners.

**Detailed Description**
+ Financial Planning & Analysis
+ Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes
+ Prepare variance analysis and performance reporting for business units
+ Develop and maintain financial models to support operational decision-making
+ Assist Finance Business Partners with analytics, insights and preparation of presentation materials for senior leadership reviews
+ Cash Flow & Working Capital
+ Liaise with treasury team to support cash flow forecasts
+ Analyze working capital drivers and identify improvement opportunities
+ Strategic & M&A Support
+ Assist in preparing business cases and investment analyses for new investments
+ Contribute to financial modeling and analysis for M&A opportunities
+ Reporting & Process Improvement
+ Enhance reporting accuracy and automation
+ Improve financial dashboards and KPI tracking
+ Participate in finance transformation and process optimization initiatives
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
+ Experience supporting forecasting and budgeting processes
+ Exposure to cash flow forecasting and/or transaction analysis is an asset
+ Strong analytical and communication skills
+ Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
+ Understanding working of various financial systems
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and complete duties while working with a large volume of detailed information under tight time deadlines
**Physical Demands**
+ Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment
+ Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data
+ Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc)
+ Occasional overnight travel may be required
**Typical Experience**
+ 5-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance or transaction advisory
**Typical Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
+ CPA/CFA designation or progress toward designation preferred
**Salary**
The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.

Salary Range: $105,000-$155,000 CAD/year
