**This posting is for multiple full-time vacancies.**
**We are seeking highly motivated security personnel for positions within a physical security environment specializing in the protection of consumer products.**
**Position Overview:**
**Wages: $20.40/hr**
**Shift timings: Rotational**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ De-escalate tense situations by verbal communication using a variety of techniques designed to reduce risk.
+ Escort medical staff including paramedics, police and firefighters when required.
+ Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
+ Unlock and lock doors for access by authorized persons. Denying entry to anyone without authorization.
+ Operate gates at gatehouse locations, screening all visitors and truck drivers.
+ Inspect trailers ensuring trailer doors are locked and sealed before the truck leaves.
+ Assist mobile operations teams with security protocols and enhance security at strategic locations.
+ Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
+ Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities and perform dispatch duties for the site including emergency response.
+ Perform foot patrols inside and outside the facility.
**QUALIFICATIONS** **:**
+ Valid Ontario Security License
+ Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
+ 1 years of security experience minimum within large scale security operations is preferred.
+ Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
+ **G class drivers' license.**
+ Customer service experience is a strong asset.
