In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations by supporting the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting in project execution, and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
+ Assist field service engineers with troubleshooting technical issues
+ Support installations and repairs of equipment
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Learn and apply technical knowledge to provide effective solutions
+ Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Enrolled in post-secondary degree or diploma program in Building Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
+ Basic understanding of technical concepts and principles

+ Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
The hourly base salary range for this position is $22-$25/hour in Markham, ON, Canada. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
