Logistics Coordinator

We are currently partnering with a global manufacturer to hire a Logistics Coordinator to support cross-border operations and transportation coordination between manufacturing facilities and Canadian operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment , managing logistics processes, and collaborating across teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and compliantly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate transportation of equipment and shipments between U.S. manufacturing plants and Canada
• Act as a key liaison with internal teams and third-party logistics providers
• Manage shipping documentation and support import/export processes
• Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and provide status updates and ETAs
• Assist with invoicing, billing adjustments, and documentation related to equipment sales
• Support documentation for vehicle registration, licensing, and regulatory requirements
• Create and improve internal SOPs and process documentation to support operational efficiency
• Assist with reporting, tracking logistics activities, and identifying process improvements
• Provide administrative and operational support to the logistics team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Exposure to import/export processes or customs documentation
• Ability to create or improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and office systems
