The Client Technical Architect / Lead will be responsible for end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, and delivery leadership for Client Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations across Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets.
This role requires deep expertise in Client FSC data model, industry processes, integrations, security, and scalable enterprise architecture, with the ability to engage senior business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
Own end-to-end Client FSC solution architecture, covering data model, security, integrations, and scalability
Design FSC-based solutions for:
Client 360 & Household Management
Financial Accounts, Assets & Liabilities
Goals, Life Events, and Relationship Management
Wealth Advisory, Retail Banking, and Insurance use cases
Define target-state architecture and transition from legacy CRM / Client Classic to FSC
Ensure alignment with Client best practices, industry patterns, and enterprise standards
Technical Leadership
Act as Technical Lead / Design Authority across multiple Client workstreams
Review and approve:
Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Data Models
Security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
Guide teams on performance optimization, governor limits, and large data volumes
Lead design and code reviews; enforce coding standards and CI/CD practices
Integrations & Data Architecture
Design and govern enterprise integrations using:
REST / SOAP APIs
Platform Events, CDC
Middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
Integrate Client FSC with:
Core Banking systems
Wealth platforms (portfolio, trading, custody)
KYC/AML, onboarding, and regulatory systems
Define data migration, reconciliation, and data quality strategies
Security, Compliance & Governance
Ensure Client solutions meet BFSI regulatory requirements (data privacy, audit, access control)
Implement robust role-based security, data segregation, and compliance controls
Support audit, risk, and security reviews
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Engage with Business, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and Compliance teams
Translate business requirements into scalable FSC solutions
Provide architecture walkthroughs to client leadership and governance forums
Support RFPs, solution estimations, and proposal architecture
Delivery & Agile Leadership
Work closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
Drive Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and release planning
Mentor developers and admins; build long-term Client capability within the account
Required Skills & Experience
Client Expertise
Client Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – Expert level
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex, LWC, Flows
Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Data Model customization & FSC extensions
Experience with Client DX, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
BFSI / Wealth Domain
Strong understanding of:
Wealth Management & Advisory
Retail Banking & Client Onboarding
Financial Accounts, Portfolios, Holdings
KYC / AML and regulatory processes
Experience working with Tier-1 banks or large financial institutions
Integration & Platform
MuleSoft or equivalent middleware experience (preferred)
Experience integrating Client with core banking, data platforms, and external systems
Knowledge of event-driven and API-led architectures
