Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton is seeking a Team/Business Coordinator to provide high-level support to two sales associates. This is a hands-on, in-office role for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can think strategically to create efficiencies and support business growth.
The role will act as a coordinator, ensuring email, calendar, and operational tasks are managed efficiently while enabling the sales associates to focus on client relationships and revenue growth. This person will be an innovative self-starter, eager to tackle new projects, streamline administrative processes, and anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and coordination of client meetings and property tours
- Prepare client packages and marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing Department
- Organize and manage all critical transaction documentation with sales associates
- Track and maintain the associate’s CRM system to ensure accurate client and prospect data
- Handle general administrative tasks, including document management, reporting, and correspondence
- Proactively identify ways to improve workflows, create efficiencies, and integrate technology or AI tools
- Work with Marketing Department on social media content creation for the associate’s corporate channels
- Support personal and professional projects as needed, including travel coordination, annual business plan drafting, and task management
- Ensure sensitive communications are handled with discretion, including directing certain emails to personal or secure folders

Technical Skills
- Previous Administrative experience required; background in sports, real estate or experience in dental or medical clinics is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Experience managing social media accounts in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with AI tools, social network analysis, and workflow automation
- Post-secondary education is an asset but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 +, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to individual production support
