About the Role

We are now looking for a General Manager who wants to help build the next chapter. This is not a maintenance role. It is a build-and-scale leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, operations, and entrepreneurship — and who wants real accountability, influence, and upside in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and backlog
• Own P&L performance
• Build operational rhythm and discipline
• Translate vision into execution
• Shape how the company grows, not just how it runs

Qualifications

You are likely someone who:

• Has led operations or a business unit in construction, manufacturing, prefabrication, or building products
• Has real P&L ownership, not just influence
• Is commercially strong and comfortable driving sales and relationships
• Thinks like an owner and acts with urgency
• Enjoys building structure in growing businesses
• Wants a role where performance is visible and impact is tangible

Required Skills

Experience with steel framing, modular construction, prefabrication, or building envelope systems is an asset — but mindset, judgment, and execution matter more.
