Assistant Hotel Manager
Location: Maison Sainte-Thérèse, Vieux-Montréal Hours: 4 days a week (Sunday & Monday), 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible shifts) Job Type: Part-Time
Description: Are you someone looking for a flexible role in a beautiful hotel setting? Maisons & Co. is seeking a Concierge & Administrative Assistant to greet guests, assist with check-ins, and provide light administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and facilitate smooth check-ins/check-outs
• Provide local recommendations and answer guest inquiries
• Manage reservations, process payments, and handle customer emails/messages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and reception areas
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and coordination
• Act as a liaison between guests and other departments (housekeeping, maintenance)
• Ensure that all guest requests are handled efficiently and professionally
• Monitor and restock office and guest supplies as needed
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable using computers and responding to emails/messages
• Able to work independently while being available for guest needs
