We’re looking for a professional, highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who brings solid accounting support experience to join our fast‑paced commercial real estate office. This role is the first point of contact for clients and staff while providing essential administrative and accounting assistance across multiple departments.

What You’ll Do: Front Desk & Office Operations

  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and deliver a polished front‑desk experience.
  • Keep reception and boardrooms clean, organized, and ready for meetings.
  • Manage email and website inquiries; maintain staff directory and birthday tracking.
  • Oversee office supplies, kitchen areas, vendor coordination, and equipment upkeep.

Administrative Support

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including corporate searches and titles.
  • Assist with internal committees, events, onboarding materials, and general office projects.

Accounting Support (Key Focus)

  • Perform AP coding, invoice entry, and cheque processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and process bank deposits and assist with month‑end tasks as needed.
  • Liaise with the accounting department to ensure timely and organized documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality with all financial and company information.

What You Bring

  • Professional, friendly communication and client‑service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and proven multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfort with office software, technology, and general office equipment.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of accounting support experience (AP/AR, coding, invoicing).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial entries and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams.
  • Interest in social media or communications is an asset.
