We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. *Responsibilities*
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner at the front desk.
* Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
* Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized office records.
* Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff.
* Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Utilize Business Central for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
* Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all communications.
* Support office management functions to enhance overall efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clients.
* Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential.
* Demonstrated ability in customer service, providing support with a positive attitude.
