Our San Francisco, California warehouse is looking for a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy. You will work closely with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of all materials. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of inventory management principles. You will also be responsible for generating inventory reports, identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock, and contributing to process improvements within the warehouse. Experience with inventory management software (IMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS) is essential. You must be comfortable with lifting items up to 30 lbs and possess excellent organizational skills. Adherence to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE is expected.
