Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring product availability, and minimizing discrepancies within our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating variances, and implementing corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy. This position requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles and a commitment to maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse. Your daily tasks will involve using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements, reconcile stock levels, and generate reports on inventory status. You'll work closely with receiving, shipping, and production teams to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with RF scanners and inventory software is highly desirable. We are committed to workplace safety and require all employees to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE . This role may involve significant Lifting and requires physical stamina. Understanding the flow of goods within the Logistics chain is key to success in this position. We prioritize Safety above all else and provide ongoing training to ensure a secure working environment.
Responsibilities:
