The logistics department ensures the proper execution of logistics flows (M/F/X) The logistics department ensures the proper execution of the logistics flows at the Geneva site, from the receipt of goods to shipping, guaranteeing product availability, stock reliability, respect for deadlines, and document compliance. It plays a central role between quality, production, and logistics partners (M/F/X) Main Responsibilities Coordinate incoming, internal, and outgoing flows at the site. Organize receptions, storage, and shipments. Ensure stock management and reliability of orders, delivery times, and logistics priorities related to the movement of goods. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality requirements, and traceability rules. Collaborate with production, finance, quality, and customer service teams. Identify discrepancies, address logistical anomalies, and implement corrective actions. Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and tracking tools. Produce logistics performance reports and ensure reporting. Experience in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field of at least 3 to 5 years in a logistics or supply function. Good understanding of stock flows, storage, and logistics. Proficient with ERP systems and office tools, especially Excel; knowledge of Business Central is a plus. Experience in a regulated, quality, or pharmaceutical environment: strong rigor, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Fluent French; professional English preferred. Skills in stock management, monitoring of carriers and suppliers, document traceability, compliance with procedures, analytical mindset, and interdepartmental problem-solving. jid6c8aa84aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
