*Position Overview:*
A leading, patient-focused dental group is seeking a *skilled and compassionate Associate Periodontist* to join our growing specialty team in Cary, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Periodontist who is passionate about advanced clinical care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and long-term patient relationships.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Deliver exceptional periodontal care including surgical and non-surgical treatments
* Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs
* Perform clinical evaluations, diagnostics, and procedures with precision
* Educate patients on oral health and post-op care
* Collaborate with referring doctors, hygienists, and support teams to ensure optimal care
* Support a positive, respectful, and performance-driven office culture
* Ensure all procedures are compliant with current clinical, OSHA, and dental board standards
*What We’re Looking For:*
✔ DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
✔ Certificate in Periodontics from an ADA-accredited program
✔ Active North Carolina dental license and DEA license
✔ Current CPR certification and malpractice insurance
✔ Exceptional communication skills and chairside manner
✔ Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
✔ Patient-first mindset and team-driven leadership approach
