Project Manager (Onsite)
Location: Alameda, CA
Salary: $150,000 - $160,000
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support operational excellence across cross-functional teams. This role oversees project coordination, financial tracking, vendor interaction, and process improvement to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Track budgets, expenses, POs, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to Finance.
- Liaise with vendors to reconcile invoices, confirm expenses, and support issue resolution.
- Support forecasting by organizing project and financial data for stakeholder review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, documentation requirements, and SOX standards.
- Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Assist with system enhancements, new initiatives, and operational projects as needed.
- Act as a communication bridge between Finance, Operations, and functional partners.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or supply chain-preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Background working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting financial processes (budgeting, accruals, forecasting) is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred.
