Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Associate – Commercial Contracts Program Manager to join our Commercial Team and assume the position of the corporate lead in the execution of complex, large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction ("EPC") projects in the power generation industry.
This hybrid role combines technical project management with legal/commercial oversight, and financial monitoring and review.
You will act as the corporate lead for all projects, responsible for ensuring successful delivery of our contractual scope while safeguarding commercial interests, managing risk, and maintaining strong customer relationships. In addition to a legal background, prior expertise in project management, engineering and business finance/accounting is a plus when working within the arena of subject matter experts on the same team.

Job Responsibilities:
· Project Management:
o Oversee the full project lifecycle at the program level, from contract handover through to final acceptance and close-out, by managing and guiding individual project managers to ensure alignment with overall delivery, financial, and strategic objectives.
o Coordinate internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, field services, QA/QC to meet contractual commitments.
o Act as the main point of contact for commercial issues, representing our organization in coordination meetings and discussions.
o Build strong relationships with customer project teams, EPC contractors, and internal stakeholders.
o Proactively manage expectations, communication, and reporting at all levels.
· Finance Management:
o Own the corporate monitoring of project P&L: Aid in the management of project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost control.
o Track project margins, identify variances, and drive corrective actions as needed.
