Overview

At Gallagher, we’re all about building relationships and delivering exceptional service. As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client partnerships. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and making a real impact.


How you'll make an impact
  • Be the go-to person for your clients.
  • Manage client accounts, help them navigate their insurance needs, and ensure they’re getting the best solutions.
  • Work closely with our team to address client challenges and identify opportunities to enhance their coverage.
  • By building strong relationships, you’ll secure client retention and drive additional services that add value.
  • Directly contribute to protecting businesses and supporting their growth.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience

OR

  • High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.


Preferred:

  • Experience in account management, and have a passion for helping clients succeed
