Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

Location: Furlong Rd, Wooburn Green, Bourne End SL8 5AE

Hours: 40 hours - 4-5 days per week

Salary: Level 2 Salary £26,291.20 per annum

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the early years of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observing, assessing, and planning engaging activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development.
• Collaborating with a professional team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and applying them.
• Diligently following risk assessments and reporting any health and safety concerns to management.
• Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
