*Position Overview*
We are looking for a driven, compassionate, and clinically skilled *General Dentist* who is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-focused care. This position offers can support an *Associateship or partnership track*, giving the right candidate long-term career stability, ownership opportunity, and the ability to grow within a well-established, high-performing practice.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team dedicated to clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences, supported by modern technology and a collaborative environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver high-quality general dentistry with an emphasis on comprehensive treatment planning and patient education
* Provide patient experiences that reflect our core values
* Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless, efficient care
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulations
* Support practice growth through leadership, innovation, and community involvement
*Qualifications*
* DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
* Active *South Carolina dental license* in good standing
* IV / Sedation preferred
* *2+ years of clinical experience*, with strong emphasis on surgical procedures
* Excellent communication skills, chairside manner, and patient rapport
* Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry and ongoing professional development
