The Mobile Services Driver
Coordinator works in an office and non-office environment. This individual moves equipment where needed and assists with special events, covering emergency movements of mobile equipment. The Mobile Services Driver Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the delivery and pickup times for Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) equipment. This individual assists in maintaining maintenance records, coordinate/prioritize preventative or urgent maintenance on mobile equipment. The Mobile Service Driver
Coordinator troubleshoots basic problems and mentors/trains new drivers and assists the department manager as needed. Job Qualifications
Education For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred/Optional:
None Experience Minimum Required:
One year working in an office environment. Two years' experience driving a class A vehicle. Basic computer skills. Demonstrated knowledge of wireless communications and basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Preferred/Optional:
None Certifications/Licenses The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position. Minimum Required:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL class A or B) with acceptable driving record. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire. Preferred/Optional:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
