Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for taking a project from the time it is estimated and acquired through construction to closeout and final billing. Project managers create the organizational structure for the project itself and act as the highest authority for decision-making and the center for project administration.
Will have knowledge and experience in estimating (producing work-ups, change orders, and subcontracts), scheduling (builds, updates, and maintains the schedule), and financing (monitors budgets and daily/weekly, monthly costs). In this role, you will provide all documentation and information to transition the project from the preconstruction to the construction phase.
· Project Manager - Commercial Construction Requirements:
· A minimum of 2 years experience managing commercial construction projects
· Associates Degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction is a plus
· Strong leadership, management, computer skills, and attention to detail required.
· Strong communication skills
· Experience working with a team
