JOB DESCRIPTION
Operations Manager to oversee administrative operations for custom home building and renovation projects. The role involves managing BuilderTrend, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with client relations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction industry experience and proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Apple OS and BuilderTrend.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all office management including administrative tasks, log management, and complex reporting.
- Oversee BuilderTrend, a construction management system
- Organize Spec Books, Specifications, and Exhibit updates.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Oversee permitting activities and estimating and bidding for each project.
- Coordinate daily updates and job logs.
- Assist in scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
- Provide support in client relations.
- Review company tasks and add team members to manage defined roles.
- Prepare Sales & Marketing packages and oversees marketing activities, including social media posts.
- Organize and prepare Estimating Requests, Bidding, and Proposals for each project.
- Support the company to become the leading market Custom Home Builder.
