Key Responsibilities: Project Scheduling & Coordinating

• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Create and manage project schedules using Gantt charts and timelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact between foremen, supervisors, engineers, architects, and clients.
• Scheduling all relevant tasks and milestones such as inspections, material deliveries, sub-contractors, etc.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in structural concrete and/or excavation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
