Kern Collective is a strategy-forward design studio based in Tacoma, WA. We believe in the power of collaboration and thoughtful design to move people and ideas forward. Our work blends creativity, clarity, and care—and we're looking for a Project Manager who shares that mindset.

We’re searching for someone who’s equal parts organized and empathetic, able to guide projects from kickoff to completion with calm confidence. You'll work closely with our creative team and our clients to keep timelines tight, communication clear, and deliverables on point.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple design projects across branding, web, and print
• Serve as the key liaison between clients and our creative team
• Build timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and help keep everything moving smoothly
• Support the studio in refining and maintaining great internal systems

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 3+ years of experience managing creative projects (agency or studio experience a plus)
• Are a natural communicator and collaborator
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Are detail-obsessed but people-first
• Bonus: You’ve got experience with print production and print-based projects
