Job Description

Wine Cellar Company is a high-end residential design and construction firm specializing in custom wine cellars and specialty interior spaces throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

We are seeking a construction-savvy Project Manager who is highly organized, confident with clients, and capable of coordinating subcontractors, materials, and schedules across multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and job sequencing
• Manage project timelines to keep jobs on track
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries
• Pick up materials from Home Depot and suppliers as needed
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and quality
• Communicate clearly with clients during active projects
• Track purchase orders and maintain organized documentation
• Proactively solve field issues before they become problems

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in residential construction
• Strong understanding of job sequencing and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read basic plans and drawings
• Excellent face-to-face communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Spanish speaking preferred

Experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, or high-end residential projects is a plus.
