Wood Framing Project Manager

Job Description

Ciarra Construction is seeking an experienced Wood Framing Project Manager

with a diverse construction background and a strong understanding of wood framing, to oversee high-volume multifamily wood framing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· RFI creation and management of execution teams. All within the CC software system.

· Create and submit full submittals packages including rework for resubmittal across all material for use on project. All within the CC software system

· Change order requests from creation to approval, including submission for review via the CC software system.

· Accurately prepare project billings within tight margins including forecasted material and labor costs.

· Work within a team to execute all duties per the CC defined procedures.

· Maintain top-tier customer trust and care while prioritizing project profitability.

· Participate in and take ownership of project reviews.

· Manage in-house crews across multiple projects

· Coordinate material deliveries, and scheduling to align with project schedule.

· Review project scopes and contracts to ensure accurate coverage and budget alignment.

· Team mindset, accountability, documentation, and CC procedural awareness are key to success.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of wood framing experience

· Proficient with tools like MS Excel, Bluebeam, and email.

· Field management, communication, problem-solving skills, personal ownership and growth mindset.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
