Field Director

Job Description

We are seeking a Field Director to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Globe Life Family Heritage Division- Hayes Agencies provides supplemental insurance plans for small to midsize businesses and individuals. We consist of elite sales professionals who help provide clients a financial safety net during a catastrophic event or illness. Based out of Little Rock, Arkansas, we are a growing, established organization within Globe Life Family Heritage Division, and we also have agents in Oklahoma and Texas. -Advanced pay schedule

-$65,000-$100,000 first-year potential (performance-based commission)
