Project Manager /Operations

Job Description

Commercial Interiors Subcontracting group specializing in Metal stud framing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings and other specialty interior products and exterior specialty cladding.

We are excited to announce we are looking for qualified project manager/operations manager experienced in building all facets of commercial projects with details in Metal Framing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings. Must have a minimum 2-5 years experience in the industry. Must have great attitude, motivation and a willingness to learn and work hard with a great team!

Duties would include:

Read, interpret and execute on a full set of construction documents

Effectively manage field labor and coordinate scheduling thru a field Foreman

Manage project schedules

Effectively communicate with craft personnel and clients

Make and Manage material deliveries and specialty orders

Manage safety risk on site

Manage budgets and appropriate budget categories

Use Micrsoft Word/Excel, Estimating/Management software OST/Quick Bid a plus

Random drug testing and E-Verification
