This role ensures every job is completed on time, within budget, and to All Dry NE ATL’s quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional customer experience. Acting as an operations manager and project manager, this position oversees field technicians, coordinates schedules, ensures compliance with IICRC standards, and drives operational effectiveness across the mitigation division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operational & Project Management

· Oversee day-to-day execution of all mitigation jobs (water, mold, odor, fire) from dispatch through completion.

· Build, manage, and adjust technician schedules to ensure rapid response and efficient job flow.

· Ensure proper documentation in Lever360 including moisture mapping, photos, notes, equipment logs, and customer communications.

· Maintain strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope of work; identify deviations early and correct immediately.

· Review drying plans, equipment setups, antimicrobial protocols, containment, and environmental controls for each project.

· Conduct quality-control site visits on active jobs to confirm standards and safety compliance.

· Track job progress daily and close jobs promptly to maintain strong cash flow.

2. Technician Leadership & Development

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the mitigation team with a focus on accountability, communication, and professionalism.

· Provide on-the-job training for moisture detection, proper drying techniques, mold protocols, PPE, containment, and customer communication.

· Conduct performance evaluations and recommend advancement, corrective action, or additional training.

· Promote a “clean jobsite” and “leave no trace” standard across all projects.

· Build a strong culture of reliability, empathy for customers, and meticulous attention to detail.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

· Ensure all work meets IICRC S500/S520 standards and All Dry NE ATL internal protocols.

· Confirm daily moisture readings, psychrometric logs, and drying equipment use are accurate and complete.

· Verify containment, air filtration, PPE use, and safety practices are properly executed.

· Enforce vehicle cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and warehouse organization.

· Uphold integrity at every step: proper scoping, honest assessments, and transparent communication with clients.

4. Customer Communication & Experience

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the mitigation phase.

· Provide updates, set expectations, and communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, property managers, and referral partners.

· Handle escalations calmly, professionally, and in alignment with company values.

· Perform final walkthroughs and closeout conversations to ensure 5-star satisfaction.

5. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

· Verify labor hours, material usage, and equipment time are correctly captured on every job.

· Ensure scopes, change orders, and supplemental items are properly documented for billing and insurance compliance.

· Work closely with the Springmade team to hand off completed mitigation jobs for build-back.

· Monitor KPIs such as cycle times, gross margins, equipment utilization, and NPS/CSAT feedback.

· Support estimating with accurate data, photos, and field intel.

SUCCESS PROFILE

· Jobs finish on time, on budget, and with integrity.

· Technicians are accountable, skilled, and consistently improving.

· Customers feel informed, respected, and cared for (and leave 5-star reviews).

· Documentation is airtight and reduces billing friction.

· Job flow is smooth, predictable, and efficient.
