Role: Project Manager
Location: Lexington, KY | Full-Time | On-Site

About Adcolor:

Adcolor is a Lexington-based graphics solutions provider specializing in large-format printing, vehicle graphics, décor graphics, signage, and POP displays.

Role Summary:

The Project Manager oversees large-format print projects from order entry through delivery. This client-facing role manages project details, timelines, communication, and internal coordination to ensure projects run accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication

·         Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.

·         Confirm project specs, timelines, and deliverables.

·         Provide proactive updates and gather required approvals.

·         Address concerns professionally and escalate when needed.

Project Setup & Coordination

·         Ensure production orders align with estimates and client expectations.

·         Create work orders, prepress instructions, and production notes.

·         Coordinate with art, print, finishing, install, and logistics teams.

Project Tracking & Ownership

·         Track status and milestones on internal systems.

·         Manage schedules, reprioritize tasks, and resolve bottlenecks.

·         Anticipate risks and implement solutions.

Process & Documentation

·         Maintain accurate project records.

·         Document issues and support workflow improvements.

·         Provide leadership with updates and post-job feedback.

 Qualifications:

·         Project management experience (print/signage/manufacturing preferred).

·         Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office

·         Experience with project management software systems

Compensation:

·         $20 - $21/ hour – flexible depending on experience determined by hiring team

·         Profit-sharing eligibility after 6 months

Additional Requirements:

·         The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Overtime may be required based on project deadlines.

·         In office role with flexibility to work remotely when necessary.

·         Up to 10% travel to customer site
