Commercial Construction - Estimator/Project Manager Multiple Divisions

Job Description

We are seeking a Estimator/PM/ for (Steel, Electrical, Drywall,) Divisions to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operation teams in our Commercial construction projects.
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning, budgeting, employee scheduling, implementation, quality assurance reporting.
• Ensure allocated financial project budget are met
• Interface with job-site superintendents, foreman, customer project managers, contractors
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city, county officials, and clients
• Strong employee/sub-contractor leadership skills

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

• Accountability
• Multi-task skills
• Previous experience in construction leadership/management or other related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Must know Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point,
• Knowledge of software systems: Plan Grid, Blue Beam, Raken Jobsite Management System,
• Must be self-motivated & punctual
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
