We pay + PROFIT SHARE ( that's right earn as much as you can manage & lead )
Build smarter. Lead bolder. Own the outcome.
We’re not just looking for a Project Manager . We’re looking for a trailblazer — someone ready to lead with clarity, precision, and passion in the wet utilities space. If you thrive in complexity, think ahead of the schedule, and can drive a project from paper to pavement with confidence — we want you on our team.
Here, we don’t believe in ceilings — just smart growth, strong leadership, and real ownership. Literally. Our managers are eligible for profit sharing , because we believe if you act like you own it — you should share in the reward .
If you’re ready to take the lead on water, sewer, storm, and civil utility projects — from estimating and procurement through project closeout — this is your moment.
What You’ll Do (and Own):
( help at times ) in Pre Construction
- Takeoff and bid wet utility scopes with accuracy and speed.
- Analyze plans, specs, and reports. Catch what others miss — then submit RFIs to close the gaps.
- Solicit and evaluate vendor/sub quotes. You know the difference between low and right.
- Understand the real cost of doing the job — not just the numbers, but the time, manpower, and gear it takes.
Plan and Launch With Confidence
- Build submittals, procurement schedules, and startup checklists like a seasoned general.
- Ensure permits are secured, materials are ordered, and mobilization is seamless.
- Stay five steps ahead so crews hit the ground ready.
Manage and Lead Through Execution
- Partner with the Field Superintendent to keep work moving efficiently — plans, materials, manpower, and inspections, all aligned.
- Handle RFIs, CORs, invoices, AIA docs, and more — organized, accurate, and on time.
- Coordinate trades, crane service, surveyors, GPS prep — you know how to manage moving parts.
Support the Field, Drive Closeout
- Deliver updates, resolve issues, and be the go-to for plan revisions and scope changes.
- Gather as-builts, warranty docs, bonds, and all the pieces that close a job the right way.
Who You Are:
- You lead with purpose — not just managing work, but motivating people.
- You’re meticulous , but not stuck in the weeds — you keep your eye on the big picture.
- You treat projects like you own the outcome , because here, you actually do.
- You’re not afraid to speak up, take charge, and make it better — every time.
Why This Isn’t Just Another Job:
- Profit sharing for managers – we reward those who operate like owners.
- No cap, no ceiling – we grow smart, and we grow together.
- You’ll join a team that backs bold leadership and invests in your long-term success.
