Development Operations Manager
SPCA Tampa Bay is looking for a Development Operations Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the effectiveness, accuracy, and scalability of SPCA Tampa Bay's fundraising operations. This role is responsible for the strategy, administration, and optimization of the organization's CRM (Virtuous) and related fundraising systems. The Development Operations Manager partners closely with front-line fundraisers to analyze, develop, implement, and maintain the systems, workflows, and reporting that support the successful execution of the annual development plan and long-term fundraising goals. What you'll do: Advance SPCA Tampa Bay's mission by maximizing the integration and use of fundraising technology to improve donor engagement, operational efficiency, data integrity, and revenue outcomes Identify, recommend, and implement processes to improve the performance of fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives Serve as the primary expert and administrator for SPCA Tampa Bay's CRM, Virtuous. Configure, manage, and maintain user roles, permissions, workflows, properties, and fundraising processes within Virtuous Customize donation forms, campaigns, fundraising pages, and online giving experiences to ensure optimal donor usability and accurate data capture What we're looking for: You embrace our core values: Customer Service, Teamwork, Compassion, and Community. You have extensive experience with various web-based CRM software programs, preferably in a non-profit fundraising environment. Experience with Virtuous CRM a plus. You're a self-starter who has the ability to see the big picture and how the details work together to accomplish each desired outcome. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Experience working in a nonprofit or fundraising environment Familiarity with marketing automation and email platforms Experience integrating multiple data systems and third-party applications What you get: PTO + 6 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays All health benefits start the 1st of the month following your hire date.
