Project Manager

Job Description

Falcon Roofing is looking for a dependable and experienced Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction crews on active job sites
• Ensure crews have the necessary materials and equipment on site
• Manage project timelines and coordinate schedules with customers and crews
• Document job progress by taking photos and uploading them to the company CRM
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
• Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Previous construction or roofing experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of insurance
• Cell phone for communication and documentation
