We’re seeking a driven, self-motivated Plumbing Project Division Manager with a forward-thinking, growth-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience and a proven ability to lead teams. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems and is ready to manage complex projects, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the growth and expansion of the division.

You will be responsible for overseeing the plumbing projects division. This includes managing and training employees, as well as handling project management from planning through to completion. Your focus will be on ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. Your time will be split between the field, where you will supervise, train, and conduct site visits, and the office, where you will work on estimates and manage the administrative aspects of the division.
