Project Manager for Roofing

Job Description

If you’re looking to drop the tools and take your career to the next level, this could be the right job for you. We’re seeking a new Project Manager with experience in roofing. The ideal candidate will be able to represent our company to the highest standards when it comes to integrity, ability, dedication and appearance. Experience in other home improvement projects such as decks, siding and fences is a plus!

Responsibilities: 

MUST be able to provide our customers with great experience, treat team members, subs and suppliers with respect and honesty. We’re looking for team members that have career goals. 

MUST be proficient with computer technology. We utilize a full spectrum CRM to manage our customers projects. All communications and documentation are through this software. Be prepared to demonstrate better than average business computer skills.   

MUST have identifiable experience with roofing and other home improvement projects such as decks, fences, siding, sunrooms, general residential framing, and concrete work. High end remodeling and finish work as well. 

MUST have experience with doing detailed and accurate plan take-offs for evaluating and ordering materials and labor for various projects. 

MUST have experience with applying for permitting and better than average knowledge of current IRC building codes, jobsite inspections and dealing with changes. 

Qualifications: 

Proficient in computers and mobile technology. 

High level of construction principles and techniques including plan interpretation. 

Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 

Capable of career growth and development. 

Valid drivers license and reliable pick up truck.
