Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be the primary lead on mid-to-large scale commercial projects. You are responsible for the project's success from pre-construction through closeout. You will balance the technical requirements of the build with the financial management of the contract, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and our field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage all phases of construction, including scheduling, budget management, and quality control.
• Financial Management: Oversee project accounting, including cost forecasting, monthly progress billings, and change order management.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain master project schedules to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Vet, select, and manage subcontractors and vendors; ensure all work meets Wickersham's safety and quality standards.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, engineers, and owners. Lead regular OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial project management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Sage).
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead diverse teams.
