• Multiple complex projects and high-performing teams
• Client relationships that strengthen our market presence
• Budget, schedule, and construction plan execution
• Pursuit interviews, pricing efforts, and strategic decision-making

What You Bring

• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Strength in managing people and projects simultaneously
• A polished presence in interviews, presentations, and client interactions
• Advanced Procore skills (certification preferred) & proficiency in Viewpoint

How You Work

• Build trust with teammates, clients, and subcontractors
• Mentor and develop direct reports
• Model strong time management and work/life balance
• Think 2–3 years ahead to help teams anticipate challenges

Technical Edge

• Contract negotiation
• Budget creation & cost projections
• Timely buy‐out
• Closeout within 90 days with zero Day‐2 items

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a construction‐related field or 8–10+ years of commercial construction management.
