Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight : Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Assessment and Scoping : Conduct thorough damage assessments, create detailed scopes of work, and estimate repair costs.
• Communication : Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project status.
• Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
• Quality Control : Ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership : Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records, including photos, reports, and invoices.
• Compliance : Adhere to local regulations, building codes, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Insurance restoration or related field preferred, but not required.
• Certifications : Familiarity with Xactimate, Dash, or similar preferred, but not required.
• Leadership Skills : Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Customer Service : Client-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Background : - Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and driver's license check.
