Mitigation Project Manager

Standard Restoration is a fast-growing disaster restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation. We are looking for a driven Mitigation Project Manager who wants to lead, grow, and take ownership of a high-performing mitigation department in the Omaha market.

This role is ideal for a restoration professional who thinks like an owner, enjoys building teams, and wants the opportunity to improve processes, drive profitability, and grow a branch.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage mitigation field technicians to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability
• Oversee emergency response, mitigation execution, and job monitoring
• Inspect properties, identify damages, and develop mitigation plans
• Communicate scope, timelines, and expectations with clients and insurance adjusters
• Serve as primary point of contact for mitigation projects
• Participate in on-call rotation (evenings/weekends)
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members
• Improve systems, processes, and overall department performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restoration industry experience
• Leadership or management experience in mitigation
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims and adjuster communication
• Self-motivated, organized, and business-minded
• IICRC certification required
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Ability to pass a background check
