We are seeking a Pipeline Project Manager to join our team! You will manage the indirect side of large-scale pipeline projects, including, but not limited to: daily deliverables, daily reports, revenue management and billing, schedule input, stakeholders (Corporate and Client), rfi’s, change management, and logs for all submittals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Manage all phases: scope change, major procurement schedule, construction rfi’s, clarifications, and closeout.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budget inputs, forecasts, track costs, units, and change management.
  • Schedule and Resource Management: Manage project scheduler, coordinate resources with the superintendent, and manage critical paths.
  • Team and Stakeholder Leadership: Manage daily reporting for clients and the corporation. Review daily field timesheets, manage billing, and forecast
  • Technical Oversight: Review alignments, designs, specifications, revisions, and ensure technical requirements are met for various types of installation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, but not required
  • Experience: 5+ years in pipeline/energy project management, often with experience in large-diameter/long-length pipelines or related facilities (compressor stations). PMP certification a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
  • Software/Tools: Experience with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
