Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview
HTC Commercial Flooring is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Entry Level Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate who wants hands-on experience in commercial construction and project management.

You will work closely with experienced project managers, field teams, and leadership to help coordinate commercial flooring projects from start to finish. No prior project management experience is required — we are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with managing commercial flooring projects from award through completion
• Help coordinate schedules, materials, and labor with installers and subcontractors
• Support communication between the field, office, vendors, and clients
• Attend job site visits, walkthroughs, and meetings as needed
• Assist with project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and closeout paperwork
• Track project progress and help flag issues early
• Maintain organized project files and records
• Learn company standards, safety requirements, and best practices
• Grow into more responsibility as experience increases

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Recent college graduate or 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
