What You’ll Do

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Allocate resources and ensure teams are set up for success.
• Manage subcontractors, field teams, and vendor performance.
• Interface with architects, engineers, inspectors, city officials, and clients.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders to protect project profitability.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and above expectations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to drive accountability.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for building projects that matter.
