Landscape Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee proyectos de construcción de paisajes. Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and horticulture tasks
• Manage irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to optimize water efficiency
• Lead landscaping construction projects such as hardscaping, planting beds, and outdoor features
• Conduct tree care operations including pruning, removal, and health assessments
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and maintain a safe work environment
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscape techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures

Cualificaciones

-Bilingual. SPN/ENG.
-Proven supervising experience in landscape construction environments.
-Strong knowledge of landscape practices, principios de horticultura, y garden managment.
-Hands-on experience with eqipment, sistema de riego, y tools.
-Familiaridad con técnicas de cuidado de árboles y normas de seguridad para trabajos de arboricultura.
-Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicacion to coordinate with clientes, team members, and vendors.
-Se prefiere experiencia previa en construccion o outdoor project managment.
