Junior Accounting Manager

• Actively participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy of accounting postings and compliance with local regulations and policies.
• Handle business trip and expense settlements in line with internal policies.
• Manage daily bank payments and oversee whitelist verification processes.
• Ensure proper circulation and completeness of accounting documents, verifying correctness in accordance with local GAAP.
• Prepare and monitor payment backlog reports.
• Maintain and supervise master data management in the accounting system.
• Cooperate closely with external accounting providers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to statutory requirements.
• Perform VAT EU reporting, ensuring full compliance with local and EU regulations, and coordinate WHT documentation collection.
• Support the Senior Manager Finance and Tax in accounting and reporting responsibilities for entities in Poland, Estonia, and Finland.
