About Us
We are a growing IT services company providing managed IT support to small and medium-sized businesses across London. Our team supports a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking equipment, and business applications.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated *IT Support Engineer* who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting users, and occasionally visiting client sites when required.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in an *MSP or multi-client environment* and is comfortable handling both *remote support and on-site technical work*.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide *remote and on-site IT support* to business clients
* Troubleshoot *Windows desktop and laptop issues*
* Support *Microsoft 365 environments* (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Install and configure *workstations, printers, and network devices*
* Assist with *new user setups and device deployments*
* Troubleshoot *basic networking issues* (Wi-Fi, switches, routers)
* Support *business applications and line-of-business software*
* Maintain clear *ticket documentation and updates*
* Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
* Assist with *client site visits* for installations and support tasks
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in *IT support (MSP experience preferred)*
* Strong knowledge of *Windows 10 / Windows 11*
* Experience supporting *Microsoft 365 environments*
* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Experience with *Active Directory and user administration*
* Ability to troubleshoot *desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues*
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Additional Preferred Skills
* Experience with *RDS or Citrix environments*
* Experience with *Intune / device management*
* Knowledge of *backup solutions*
* Exposure to *network firewalls or VPN troubleshooting*
Other Requirements
* Must be able to *travel to client sites in London when required*
* A *valid UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred*
* Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

This role is primarily focused on *end-user support and client site visits*. It involves troubleshooting desktops, Microsoft 365 issues, printers, and networking problems.
It is *not a senior infrastructure role*, and complex server or architecture work is handled by senior engineers within the team.
Candidates should be comfortable handling *day-to-day technical support tasks and following established procedures.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,959.14-£30,000.00 per year
