Philippe SA Geneva Chargé (M/F) Mission In this role, within our Customer Service Division, you will be responsible for the necessary actions regarding components, both movement and casing, for modern and historical watches. Responsibilities Provide production with the necessary resources (base data, instructions, tools, etc.) for components within established criteria. Manage the process with various internal and external partners by establishing regular reporting on the project's progress to ensure the production and delivery of components while respecting deadlines. Guide the constructions to make feasible the assembly of the cases and their components without compromising the function or aesthetic of the product. Ensure sharing within the team and with all relevant stakeholders. Assist our external partners in the procurement of purchased products. Profile Bachelor's degree in mechanics or micromechanics or equivalent, minimum of 5 years of experience in the watchmaking sector, within a Methods, Quality, or Production department, ideally in the field of ERP management (preferably SAP). Knowledge in CAD (ideally Solidworks). Analytical skills and team spirit. Ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
