Overview:Admissions Team Members are Six Flags representation of excellence in customer service, by being that friendly, outgoing, customer-oriented team member. Admissions Team Members are responsible for upholding the Six Flags standards of service, by assisting guests with sales, entering and exiting the park and answering questions/inquiries, thus ensuring the best possible guest experience.Responsibilities:What You Will Be DoingAssist Guests with the purchase of Day tickets, Season passes and MembershipsGreet and interact with the guests as they pass through your assigned Admissions locationUPSELL Season Passes, Memberships and associated add-onsProcess Season Passes and MembershipsAssist Guests through turnstile area after ensuring proper admission has been receivedAssist guests through exit turnstile and issue a return stamp, while not allowing entry at that locationPerform sales using the Point of Sale (POS) system in placeHow You Will Do ItComply with all Six Flags policies and proceduresOperate in a safe mannerWillfully perform duties in any department at The Great Escape Resort when necessaryBe an active team member of the Operations Division and the Admissions DepartmentMaintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team membersFollow all delegated tasks assigned by Admissions Management or as stated in the Operations Standard Operating ProceduresPerform and comply with functions learned in Discovery, Admissions Training and World Class Service TrainingFollow all aspects of The Six Flags Mantra: Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe ServicePerform other incidental and related duties as required and assignedWhy work with us?Pay Rate: $15.50/hrFlexible scheduling – work as little or as much as you wantPaid trainingDailyPay – work today, get paid tomorrowAdvancement opportunitiesFree admission to ALL Six Flags parks, including White Water BayFree tickets for friends and familyDiscounts on passes, food, and merchandiseExclusive employee eventsFun rewards, benefits, and moreQualifications:What You Will NeedMust be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of timeFor safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageAbility to actively communicate with large groups of GuestsBe available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines
